1 . Writing Exam held simultaneously in 1 ( one ) day on Sunday the 3rd of November 2013 in the specialization of each province .example :a. Register on- line at Jakarta , Makassar Sudirohusodo specialization Wahidin Hospital , the location of the test in Makassar .b . Register on- line at Medan , polytechnic specialization Tasikmalaya , then the location of the test in Bandung .2 . Participants
are required to bring Card Test Participants , original 2B Pencil ,
eraser , sharpeners and other stationery required .3 . Locations of the written test will be announced at the time participants took Participant Card Exam .
